Before we match you with anyone, we need to understand your company thoroughly. Our onboarding form covers your structure, your goals, your gaps, and your culture. It is designed to take approximately one hour to complete honestly. That investment directly determines the quality of your roster.
02. The Onboarding Call
Following the form, we schedule a call with our team to go deeper on anything that needs context, answer your questions, and align on what success looks like for your engagement.
03. Roster Assembly
Our team reviews your onboarding information and selects executives from our network whose experience, expertise, and working style match your needs. You receive their profiles for review.
04. Introduction & Kickoff
Your executives are introduced to you and your team. Expectations are set. Outcomes are agreed upon. Work begins.
05. Ongoing Management
Your executives draw from your weekly hour pool. You rate each executive weekly — a simple thumbs up or down in our app. Our account team conducts monthly check-ins with you and your executives to track progress and address anything that needs attention.
06. Adjustment & Optimization
If your needs change, your hour commitment adjusts. If a match isn't working, we replace the executive within a week. Over time, our matching improves as we accumulate data from every engagement.
