What Does a Full Leadership Team Actually Cost?

Less than a single executive hire. Your subscription is built from four inputs: hours per week, number of executives, the archetypes you need, and the complexity of your organization. We will walk you through the exact figure on a short introductory call. Start below to find your tier.

How Pricing Works

Your subscription has four inputs. Together they determine your monthly rate. There are no add-on fees, no recruiting costs, and no severance exposure.

Variable Input

Hours per week

Your weekly hour pool is shared across your entire executive roster. You set a minimum at onboarding and can adjust up or down with one week's notice. Your floor guarantees your executives stay available when you need them.

Expertise Packages

Most companies start by thinking about which roles they need. The better question is how much leadership time your organization actually requires. These tiers are a starting point. Your actual subscription is configured from there.

Essentials

10 hours per week

Up to 3 executives

The cost of a single senior manager's salary, for targeted leadership across one or two functions. Purpose-built for companies closing a specific gap without a broad commitment.

Best for: founder-led companies, pre-scale, first institutional round.

Most popular

Operating Layer

20 hours per week

Up to 5 executives

The cost of a single VP-level hire, for a functional leadership layer across multiple parts of the business. Broad enough to cover the functions that move the business, without overcommitting budget.

Best for: post-product-market fit, Series B/C, PE-backed growth.

Full Suite

40 hours per week

Up to 8 executives

The cost of a single C-suite hire. A complete senior leadership team, matched to your company, for the price of one executive. For companies that have looked at their leadership gaps honestly and decided to close all of them at once.

Best for: M&A integration, regulated industries, institutional ownership.

Unused included hours expire on a rolling 60 to 90 day window. Hour commitments can be adjusted up or down with one week's notice, but not below the minimum set at onboarding.

Why Not Just Hire?

The comparison isn't just about hourly rates or base salaries. It's about systemic risk, activation speed, and resource flexibility.

The Traditional Path

Traditional C-Suite Hire

A single point of failure in a dynamic market.

  • Heavy Financial Overhead$250,000 to $400,000+ base salary, plus benefits, equity packages, and 20–30% recruiter fees.
  • 3 to 6 Month DelayExtended search, screening, and negotiation timelines leave critical leadership gaps wide open for months.
  • Severance & Equity RiskIf the hire does not work out, you face months of severance payout, legal negotiations, and lost operational momentum.
  • Static CapabilitiesLocked into one person's specific background and bias, even as company problems pivot and demand new skill sets.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your weekly hour pool, your curated executive roster, profile placement on your leadership page, our matching and account management services, and ongoing performance monitoring. The fixed access fee covers all of this. Hourly overages above your included floor are billed separately.

Your subscription has two parts. A fixed monthly access fee covers your roster, your account management, and the matching infrastructure. If your team uses more hours than your included floor in a given period, those overages are billed at an hourly rate determined by the archetypes on your roster and your company's complexity tier. We will walk through your exact configuration on a call before you commit to anything.

Yes. You can increase or decrease your weekly hour commitment with one week's notice. The only constraint is your minimum floor, which is set at onboarding. That floor protects your executives' availability and ensures you always have capacity when you need it.

Most clients have their roster assembled and introduced within two weeks of completing onboarding. The onboarding form takes approximately one hour and is the foundation for everything we match.

We replace them within one week, at no additional cost. Finding and maintaining the right match is our responsibility, not yours. If a match is not working, we treat that as an urgent request and begin sourcing a replacement immediately.

An archetype reflects where an executive does their best work: Scale Architect, Turnaround Specialist, Stabilizer, and others. Different archetypes carry different rates because the market prices different specializations differently. When we assemble your roster, we match you to the archetypes your company's challenges actually require, and your rate reflects that composition.

No. Our executives work with multiple clients on a fractional basis, which is what allows us to offer this model at this price point. What you have is their committed expertise and professional accountability, not their exclusive time.
